Denominazione di origine controllata e garantita. A pale yellow sparkling wine with subtle hints of green, compellingly luminous, with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles. Apple, pear, and peach emerge on the nose, lifted by delicate floral notes of rose petals and acacia blossoms, plus a finish ennobled with a hint of fresh greens. The crisp palate is both smooth and sweet, perfectly complemented by a noticeable, lemonish acidity. Fine balance, delicacy, and immediate drinkability. Best enjoyed in a wide, tulip-shaped glass with curved-in rim, at 6-8 °C.
