Harvest 2025: The Art of Timing

The 2025 harvest in the hills of San Pietro di Feletto demanded the sensitivity that has guided our decisions in the vineyard for generations: an ancient duet between heaven and earth, where each day can make a crucial difference.
The whites signified a great victory, harvested at the perfect moment, just before the rains could erase months of patient work. Prosecco, in particular, exhibits an ultra-aromatic bouquet of extraordinary intensity and finesse. The Consortium too agrees that this is an excellent vintage, restoring production to pre-2022 quality levels. As for the reds, the fruit is outstanding, yielding wines whose hallmarks are elegance and finesse, redolent of that poetry and grace that are more memorable than sheer power.
