After a celebratory passage through the DOCG hills the Giro d'Italia went on to celebrate the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Its presence on the DOCG territory is for us an opportunity to consider the common thread that binds every activity, when animated by passion and commitment. It means relying on rigorous training, in which physical and moral strength is tempered.
It means being inspired by a passion, that of celebrating the history and culture of a territory that is more than a beautiful landscape, is a concentration of identities, with centuries-old traditions and products that the whole world recognises for their excellence. In these elements, the Giro d'Italia is similar to the world of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG: a sport that celebrates our hills and, at the same time, sees our glasses raised at its passage.
A symbol of rebirth, the wish to move forward, with the head bowed towards the finish line.
